1. Data Controller

EscortGuidePro.dk is the data controller for processing of personal data pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Danish Data Protection Act.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information: email address (for account creation), phone number (optional, for ad contact), uploaded photos and videos, ad content, IP addresses (for security and fraud prevention), payment information (cryptocurrency transaction data, no credit card information).

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data to: create and manage your account, display your ads, process payments, moderate content, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legislation, and improve our services.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)), and legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Retention Period

Account data is retained as long as the account is active plus 2 years. Ad data is deleted 90 days after expiry. Payment data is retained for 5 years per accounting regulations. IP logs are deleted after 12 months.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. Contact us at privacy@escortguidepro.dk to exercise your rights.

7. Data Processors

We use the following data processors: Supabase (database and authentication, EU region), Vercel (hosting, Edge network), Typesense (search functionality). All data processors have entered into data processing agreements.

8. Cookies

We use only necessary cookies for session management and age verification. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

9. Complaints

You can file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk) if you believe we process your data in violation of the law.
